1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BOS898, an online entertainment platform operated under a valid international licence. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BOS898 regarding the use of all services, games, and features provided through our platform at bos898.onl and the official bos898 mobile app.

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, accessing any game, or using any part of the BOS898 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2Member Eligibility

To register and use bos898 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• Acting on your own behalf and not under the direction of or on behalf of any third party.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bos898. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and valid banking details. BOS898 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to meet legal compliance requirements.

• The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
• One phone number and one email address can only be linked to one BOS898 account.
• The KYC process must be completed before any first withdrawal is processed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 180 consecutive days subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10 or the full account balance if the balance is lower.

4Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

BOS898 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and cryptocurrency for the convenience of Malaysia members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. bos898 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Deposited funds are typically credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation is received.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. Withdrawals that have met the bonus wagering requirements are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers. bos898 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.
• BOS898 does not allow fund transfers between member accounts.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving money laundering will be held pending completion of an investigation.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method may need to be withdrawn through the same method, depending on current processing policies.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

BOS898 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 5x to 30x bonus amount depends on the type of promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• BOS898 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or wagering strategies deemed improper.

8Account Security & Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BOS898 account login details, including your username and password. BOS898 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact BOS898 customer support immediately.
• BOS898 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details confidential.

BOS898 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any such request, please report it to our security team immediately as it may be an attempted phishing.

9Privacy & Data Protection

BOS898 is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy BOS898, which forms part of these Terms.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, BOS898 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from use of the platform.

• Data loss resulting from unavoidable technical disruptions.

BOS898's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11Account Closure & Suspension

BOS898 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity, or for legal compliance reasons.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting BOS898 customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be settled and all eligible withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures.

• Accounts closed due to a Terms violation may not be eligible to register a new account.
• Funds in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned to the original payment method, subject to the settlement of all applicable conditions.
• BOS898 reserves the right to hold funds in a closed account while an investigation into suspected activity is resolved.

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

BOS898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via an in-account notice or an announcement on our official website at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the BOS898 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the bos898 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable international arbitration rules.
